Service Description

The Prospectors Club offers a monthly gold subscription service. Subscribers receive curated parcels of natural alluvial gold nuggets sourced from prospectors in the Kalgoorlie region of Western Australia.

Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers with different price points ($200, $300, $500, or $600 AUD per month). The amount of gold you receive each month is determined by the spot price of gold on the 5th of each month, calculated as spot price plus 18% (inclusive of GST for Australian customers).

Billing and Payments

• Your payment card will be charged immediately upon sign-up
• Subsequent charges occur automatically on the 5th of each month
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Shipping fees are charged separately and are not included in the subscription price
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds
• Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription

Gold Pricing

Our monthly gold pricing is established on the 5th of each month, calculated as the spot price plus 18% (inclusive of GST for Australian customers). The gram weight you receive will vary based on the current gold market price. Each parcel includes a certificate of authenticity stating the exact weight of gold included.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are packed between the 14th and 20th of each month
• Subscriptions made before the 14th receive that month's parcel
• Subscriptions made after midnight on the 14th receive the following month's parcel

Shipping Costs and Timeframes

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post
• Australian orders: $14 AUD (5-14 business days)
• International orders: $14 AUD (8-20 business days)
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
• You will receive tracking information for your order
• We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes must be made before the 14th of the month to affect that month's shipment.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member account
• There are no cancellation fees
• No lock-in contracts or minimum subscription periods
• Cancellations must be made before the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for that month
• You will continue to have access to your account after cancellation

Pause Subscription

You may pause your subscription through your member account. Contact our support team for assistance with pausing your subscription.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (precious metals), refunds are generally not available once gold has been shipped. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Each case will be evaluated individually.

All gold provided through our subscription service is:

• Natural alluvial gold nuggets sourced from the Kalgoorlie region
• Ethically sourced from Australian prospectors
• Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity
• Accurately weighed and documented
• Free from chemical processing

We guarantee the authenticity and weight of all gold provided. Each parcel includes documentation of the gold's origin and weight.

Account Creation

When you subscribe, an account is automatically created for you. You will receive login credentials via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
