30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your gold parcel for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility Requirements
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your parcel
- The gold must be returned in its original condition
- All original packaging and certificates of authenticity must be included
- The gold must not have been damaged, altered, or modified in any way
How to Return
- Contact our support team via email to initiate your return
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions and authorization
- Securely package the gold with all original materials
- Ship the parcel using a tracked and insured shipping method
- Once we receive and verify the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Details
- Full refund of the subscription price for that month
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for your protection
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While rare, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
What to Do
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Include your order number and details of the issue
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by us for damaged or incorrect items
Lost or Stolen Parcels
All parcels are shipped with tracking. If your parcel is lost or stolen during transit:
- Contact us immediately if your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it
- We will work with Australia Post to investigate
- Once confirmed as lost or stolen, we will send a replacement parcel
- We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gold that has been damaged, altered, or modified
- Gold without the original certificate of authenticity
- Gold that cannot be verified as purchased from The Prospectors Club
- Items purchased from third parties or other sources
Shipping Costs
30-Day Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping to protect your valuable items during transit.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect and verify the gold within 2-3 business days
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after verification
- Payment will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund or payment has been processed
