The gold for the parcels is priced at spot price plus 18%. For Australians, this includes GST. We pay prospectors above industry standard rates for their gold nuggets. As full-time gold prospectors ourselves, we know how hard it is to find. The gold on our website is a combination of gold from our family mine, prospecting trips into the outback of WA, and gold sourced from local prospectors. We pride ourselves on paying Aussies what they deserve for their gold. By supporting us, you are supporting small-time Australian prospectors.

The grams per month will change depending on the gold price. The monthly weight is determined by the gold price on the day of renewals (5th of the month). You will receive an email for the month's parcel stating the amount you will receive. Each box also has a certificate of authenticity with the grams in the box.

We start packing the orders on the 14th of the month, ready to be shipped between the 18th-20th of the month. If you subscribed to the gold box after the 14th of the month, you have signed up after the cut-off date (13th of the month), therefore you will receive the following month's box.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Therefore, shipping parcels will reflect what Australia Post charges us. You will be responsible for covering the shipping for your gold parcel every month. Australian orders are charged at $14 (5-14 days to delivery). International orders are charged at $14 (8-20 days to delivery). We cannot guarantee these timeframes. Due to third-party involvement, we have no liability of orders once handed over to the carrier. Shipping may take longer over busier periods. You will automatically be sent a tracking number for your orders. You can also sign into your account for follow-up information.

Use our home page, and in the top right corner you can sign into your account. When you subscribe, you will automatically be sent login information to your account. Via your account, you can update your information, see when the next order is coming, view your past invoices, view your next renewal date, and cancel your order.

Yes, once you sign up, you will be an active member until you cancel the subscription. Every month on the 5th, you will automatically be charged and shipped the gold. No need to sign up again. You can manage your account anytime. There is no cancellation fee whenever you choose to cancel!
